ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ လမ်းကြောင်းဟာ စစ်အစိုးရအတွက် ပြေးပေါက်လား ထွက်ပေါက်လား
ဒီမနက် ရာသီဥတုက အေးတယ်။ ၈၀ ဒီဂရီ ဖါရင်ဟိုက်ရှိတယ်။ တနေ့က ရန်ကုန်မှာ အချိန်အခါမဟုတ်မိုးရွာတယ်။ နံက်ခင်း ဟာ မှုန်မှိုင်းနေတယ်။
အိပ်ယာထတော့ မီးပျက်နေတယ်။ ညက လျှပ်စစ်မီးလာတုန်း ရေတင်နိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ထမင်းကြိုချက်နိုင်ခဲ့တယ်။ ခုတလော လျှပ်စစ်မီးပျက် ချိန်ပိုများလာတယ်။ တနေ့လေးနာရီအလှည်ကျ မီးပေးမယ် ဆိုပေမယ့် လက်တွေမှာ တနေ့ လုံး (၂၄နာရီ) မှ လေးနာရီလောက်ပဲ မီးပေးနိုင်တယ်။ မနက်မိုးလင်းတော့ လမ်းထဲမှာ အိမ်ရှင်မတွေ ထမင်းချက်ဖို့အပြေးအလွှား တိုင်ပင်နေကြတယ်။ နောက်ဆုံး လမ်းထိပ်က စားသောက်ဆိုင်ကလေးမှာ ထင်းမီးသွေးနဲ့ စုပေါင်းချက်ဖို့ သဘောတူလိုက်ကြတယ်။ ဘုံစံနစ် ပြန်လည်အသက်ဝင် နေပြီထင်ပါတယ်။
အင်တာနက်ဖွင့်လိုက်တော့ နံနက်ခင်းသတင်းတွေမှာ စစ်တပ်က ရွာတွေကိုမီးရိူ့၊ လူသတ် တဲ့သတင်းတွေ က လွှမ်းမိုးးနေတယ်။ အစုလိုက်အပြုံလိုက် သတ်ဖြတ်ခံရမှု အန္တရာယ် အရှိဆုံး သုံးနိုင်ငံမှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံပါဝင်နေတယ်လို့ The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum ရဲ့ Early warning project အကဲဖြတ်စာရင်းအရသိရပါတယ်။ အဆိုးဆုံးက ပါကစ်စတန်၊ ဒုတိယ အဆိုးဆုံးက ယီမင်နိုင်ငံဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
လမ်းထဲမှာတော့ အိမ်အသစ်တွေ အပြိုင်အဆိုင် ဆောက်နေကြတယ်။ မီးစက်သံတွေ ဆူညံနေတယ်။ ရပ်ကွက်ထဲမှာ မြေကွက်လွတ်တွေ မကျန်သလောက်ပဲ။ လူလတ်တန်းစားနဲ့ငွေကြေးအတင့်အတင့် ရှိသူတွေဟာ မြန်မာငွေကြေးဖောင်းပွတဲ့ ဒဏ်ကို ခံနိုင်ဖို့ နည်းမျိုးစုံနဲ့ ကြိုးပမ်းနေပုံရတယ်။ ရန်ကုန်လမ်းမကြီးတွေမှာ တော့ ကားတွေပြန်ကြပ်လာတယ်။ ရပ်ကွက် အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးရုံးတွေ၊ ရဲစခန်းတွေနဲ့နီးတဲ့ လမ်းတွေမှာ သံဆူးကြိုးတွေ ပိတ်ဆို့ချထားလို့ ကားလမ်းတွေပိုကြပ်နေတယ်။
တော်လှန်ရေးတာရှည်လာတာနဲ့အမျှ လူတွေလည်း ပိုမိုကြပ်တည်းလာတယ်။ အမေရိကန် တစ်ဒေါ်လာကို မြန်မာငွေ သုံးထောင်ဝန်းကျင်မှာ တန့်နေတယ်။ နိုင်ငံခြားထွက် အလုပ်လုပ်တဲ့သူတွေပိုများလာတယ်။ လူငယ် လူလတ်တွေဟာ လယ်ပေါင်၊ အိမ်ပေါင်၊ ပြီးနိုင်ငံခြားမှာ အလုပ်လုပ်ဖို့ စွန့်စားထွက်ခွာနေကြတယ်။ ပတ်စပို့ ရုံးနဲ့ ဆက်စပ်တဲ့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုလုပ်ငန်းတွေ အလုပ်ဖြစ်လာတယ်။ ပွဲစားတွေ အလုပ်ဖြစ်တယ်။ လူလိမ်တွေ အလုပ်ဖြစ်တယ်။ ဥပဒေမဲ့တက်လာတဲ့ အစိုးရလက်ထက်မို့ ဥပဒေမဲ့ လုပ်ရပ်တွေနဲ့ ဥပဒေမဲ့ စီးပွားရေးတွေ ပိုမို ထွန်းကားလာတယ်။ အစိုးရ က နိုင်ငံခြားထွက်အလုပ်လုပ်မယ့် သူတွေဆီက အခွန်ကောက်ဖို့ပြင်ဆင်နေတယ်။ တနည်းအားဖြင့် မရှိဆင်းရဲလို့ နိုင်ငံခြားကို စွန့်စား အလုပ်လုပ်တဲ့သူတွေဆီက အမြတ်ထုတ်ဖို့ လုပ်နေတယ်။
ကဗျာဆရာတစ်ယောက်စွတ်စွဲသလို ‘မသာပါးစပ်ထဲက ငွေတမတ်ကို လိုက်နှိုက် နေတဲ့ အစိုးရ’ ဖြစ်နေပြီ။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံက ရွေ့ပြောင်းလုပ်သားတွေကို တော့ အကာအကွယ်ပေးဖို့ ဘာမှ ပြင်ဆင်ထားတာမတွေ့ရဘူး။ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်ရဲ့ စီးပွားရေး အကြံပေး ရှောင်တာနယ် ပြောတဲ့ ‘အကောင်းဆုံးပြည်သူတွေကို အဆိုးဆုံးသူတွေက အုပ်ချုပ်နေတယ်’ ဆိုတဲ့ စကား သိတ်မှန်တယ်။
တော်လှန်ရေးဟာ တာရှည်နေလို့ လူထုက အားမလို အားမရဖြစ်လာတယ်။ NUG အစိုးရကို ဝေဖန်သံတွေ ထွက်လာတယ်။ ‘ PDF တွေကိုအပြည့်အဝ လက်နက် တတ်ဆင်မပေးနိုင်ဘူး’ ‘မြေပြင်အခြေအနေနဲ့ ကင်းကွာနေတယ်’ ဆိုတဲ့ ပြောဆိုသံတွေထွက်လာတယ်။ NUG အနေနဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာ သံတမန် စစ်မျက်နှာ၊ စီးပွားရေးစစ်မျက်နှာတွေနဲ့ ထိမ်းညှိနေရတာမို့ စိတ်ထင်တိုင်းမရွေ့လျားနိုင်ခဲ့ဘူး ဆိုတာသိသာတယ်။
စစ်အစိုးရရဲ့တပ်ကတော့ စစ်အနိုင်တိုက်ရေးသာ အဓိကမို့ နယ်မြေပြန်လည်သိမ်းပိုက်ရေးကလွဲပြီး ကျန်တာတွေ ဘာမှ ထည့်မစဉ်းစားဘူး။ လူထုအတွက်လည်းမစဉ်းစားဘူး။ သူ့ရဲ့အောင်ခြေတပ်သားတွေ အတွက်လည်း မစဉ်းစားဘူး။ ဘယ်သူသေသေ ငတေမာဖို့ပဲစဉ်းစားပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့်လည်း သူတို့ဟာ တဖြည်းဖြည်း အင်အားလျှော့နေတာတွေ့ရတယ်။ အောင်ပွဲနဲ့ ဝေးသည်ထက်ဝေးလာတာတွေ့ရတယ်။ နိုင်ငံရေးအကဲခတ်တွေကတော့ စစ်အစိုးရဟာ စစ်ကို အနိုင်တိုက်ပြီး ရွေးကောက်ပွဲလမ်းကြောင်းကနေ ထွက်ပေါက်ရှာနေတာလို့ပြောကြတယ်။ ကျွန်တော့် အမြင်ကတော့ စစ်အနိုင်တိုက်ပြီး လုပ်မယ့်ရွေးကောက်ပွဲဟာ တရာမျှတတဲ့ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲ မဖြစ်နိုင်ပါဘူး။ တရားမျှတတဲ့ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲလုပ်မယ့်သူဟာ ပြည်သူကို မနှိပ်စက် မသတ်ဖြတ်ပါဘူး။ ပြည်သူကို မျက်နှာမူတဲ့ လုပ်ရပ်တွေကို သာလုပ်မှာ သေချာပါတယ်။
ခုတော့ စစ်အစိုးရဟာ ရွေးကောက်ပွဲလမ်းကြောင်းကနေ နိုင်ငံရေး “ထွက်ပေါက်” ရှာနေတာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ သူတို့ ကြိုးစင်မတက်ရရေးအတွက် “ပြေးပေါက်” ရှာနေတာဖြစ်တယ်လို့မြင်ပါတယ်။
မောင်းပြန်သေနတ်တွေကို အံတုပြီး ဓါးနဲ့လိုက်ခုတ်နေတဲ့ ပြည်သူတွေဟာ သူတို့အတွက် ပြေးပေါက် ကို ဖွင့်ပေးပါ့မလား ဆိုတာလည်း တွေးစရာတခုပါပဲ။
မီးပျက်သွားတာ နာရီဝက်ေကျာ်ေလာက်ရှိေနပြီ။ ဘက်ထရီလည်းကုန်တော့မယ်။ ဒီနေ့တော့ ဒီလောက်ပါပဲ။

Is the election route an escape or an exit for the junta?
This morning,the weather is cold. It's 80 F . Two days ago, it rained unseasonably in Yangon. The morning is dull.
When I woke up, there was a blackout. At night, I was able to bring water while the electricity came on. I was able to cook in time. There are more and more power outages these days. I get power only four hours a day in 24 hours. In the morning, the housewives in the street are rushing to cook and consult. Finally, they agreed to cook together with a charcoal stove at a small restaurant at the top of the street. I think the common system has been revived.
When I turned on the internet, the morning news was dominated by reports of the army setting fire to villages and killing people. According to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's Early Warning Project assessment, Myanmar is among the three countries most at risk of genocide. The worst is Pakistan. The second worst is Yemen.
In the street, many new houses are being built.The generators are making noise.There are nothing empty spaces left. Yangon's main roads are crowded with cars again. Roads close to local government offices and police stations are blocked by barbed wire, making the roads even more congested.
As the revolution went on, the people became tighter and tighter. One US dollar is hovering around three thousand Myanmar kyats. More and more people are working abroad. The young people and middle-age mortgage their house and farm for going abroad to survive. Services related to the passport office became a top job. Also brokers and liars job. Because of the lawless government, illegal actions and illegal businesses flourished. The government is preparing to collect taxes from those who will work abroad.
As a poet put it, 'the government is chasing the money from the mouth of the dead body’. There is nothing prepared to protect migrant workers in Myanmar. Daw Aung San Suu Kyi's economic adviser Shaw Tanel said, 'The best people are ruled by the worst people' is true.
Because the revolution was so long, the public became impatient. Criticism of the NUG government came out. There were voices saying that 'PDF do not fully have weapons', 'They are out of touch with the ground situation'. NUG is an international diplomatic front. It's obvious that they couldn't move as I thought because they had to adjust with the economic fronts.
The junta's army is mainly focused on winning the war, so it doesn't consider anything other than recapturing the territory. They don't think about the public.He didn't even think about his soldiers.They only think about killing and killing for their win.That's why they are gradually losing strength. We see that we are getting further and further away from victory. Political analysts say that the junta is looking for a way out through the election after defeating the war.
My opinion is that the election that will be held after the military victory cannot be a fair election. A person who will conduct a fair election will not torture or kill the people. I am sure that they will only do actions that promote the people.
Now the junta is not looking for a political "exit" through the election. I see that they are looking for an "escape" to avoid going to the gallows.
It is also something to think about whether the people who defy automatic guns will open to escape for a military dictator.
